Terms of Service

By adding Ludicrous Bot to a Discord server, interacting with its commands, signing in to the dashboard, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a Discord server or community, you represent that you have the authority to bind that community to these Terms.

To use the Service you must:

• meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13 years old, or older where local law requires);
• maintain a Discord account in good standing; and
• comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

Ludicrous Bot is a paid, multi-purpose Discord bot offering moderation, utility, community, and entertainment features, together with a web dashboard for configuration. Access to the bot's commands in a server requires an active purchase covering that server, as described on the pricing page.

Ludicrous Bot is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

The dashboard uses Discord's OAuth sign-in; we do not store passwords. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs through it. Server administrators are responsible for how the bot is configured and used within their servers, including permissions granted to members.

The Service is offered under a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime plan. Each purchase covers one Discord server. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
• Lifetime purchases are a single payment granting access for as long as the Service operates, including features added later.
• Prices may change; changes will not affect lifetime purchases already made.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law, Discord's policies, or the rights of others;
• use the bot's features to harass, defame, or abuse any person or community;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service, including abusing rate limits or exploiting bugs;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or underlying infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own; or
• circumvent a suspension, ban, or other access restriction.

If you discover a bug or vulnerability, please report it through the support server rather than exploiting it.

Some features let you submit content, such as custom commands, tags, embeds, welcome messages, and similar configuration. You retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights necessary to use it.

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control (including Discord outages). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for a user or an entire server, if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ludicrous Bot and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ludicrous Bot and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Ludicrous Bot resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
